Connor Lutz - Connor is a perfectionist and every training session leaves something more to be desired. His goal is to push himself to be the best he can be while making a life time commitment to staying drug free. As a strength coach he brings the same passion and drive that fuels his own training sessions, and strives to help others achieve their goals in strength and athletic performance. Connor played 4 years of College Football, where he learned the demands of playing high level athletics before realizing he is alot better at lifting heavy things than scoring touchdowns!
Now, Connor is a competitive Powerlifter in the CPU (Canadian Powerlifting Union), the Canadian affiliate of the IPF. Connor has competed at the first two IPF Classic World Championships in Stockholm Sweden and Suzdal Russia in the 83kg class, bringing home a Gold and two Silver Medals. These accomplishments were highlighted by a junior World Record bench press of 183kg! Connor also holds 6 Commonwealth Records as well as being a two time National Champion boasting the best open total and bench press at 83kg in the country.

Dr. Mackenzie - Alex began his journey as a baseball player for Team Ontario when he found his passion for improving and pushing the level of the human potential. He then attended Canisius College, an NCAA Division I school, where he continued towards his goals of professional baseball. An injury along his journey brought him to chiropractic care where he discovered his new passion. Alex graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has since decided to aid athletes in avoiding common injuries and performing at the next level.
